RACE INFORMATION 2026 – PLEASE READ

Race numbers can be collected on the day.

Parking and event toilets are open from 07:30hrs.

The Angmering Bluebell Trail Run is held in the impressive grounds of the Angmering Park Estate. Now in its 22nd year, the courses include a 10-mile and 10km trail run around the estate at the height of the bluebell season in West Sussex and includes ‘The View’ and other private tracks at the foot of the South Downs.

NEW: Parking will be on the road and in a field close to the former Fox Pub. This is also the location for the event toilets, pre-race coffee and race briefing.  New for 2026, the finish will be at The Worlds End Pub a bit further along Arundel Road by Patching Pond (BN13 3UQ).  The courses are much the same as in previous years as as they give the best views of the bluebells.  The new finish location means ALL runners will follow a new route to the back garden of the The Worlds End.  This is the location where the commentator will be based. Tea, coffee and bacon baps will be available for runners and spectators and a great meeting point for friends and family.

Entry Fees: 10km: £23 or £25 (From 1/1/26). 10km CaniRun: £25 or £27 (From 1/1/26)

10 Mile: £25 or £27 (From 1/1/26). 10 Mile CaniRun: £27 or £29 (From 1/1/26)

10 mile run starts at 08:45hrs | 10km run starts at 09:00hrs | All CaniRun will start together at 08:40hrs.

Competitors run in a clockwise direction once in the woods at Angmering Park Estate. Both runs follow the same route for the first 6km, at which point the 10mile heads towards the South Downs on private tracks before returning to the estate via Windy Ridge and The View. 10k runners continue on the Monarchs Way through the bluebell woods. The views and woodland are stunning!  A map of each course is here: 10 mile course and 10km course. Both courses are marshalled by Sussex Search & Rescue Team and our own REP Team. CUT OFF (10 mile only): There is a cut off checkpoint at 6km (10mile runners need to reach this point before the last 10km runner which starts 15min later).

Parking and event toilets are open from 07:30hrs. There are two water stations on the 10-mile race (3.8m & 5.8m) and one in the 10km race (6k)

Competitors will not only receive a very warm welcome from Simon at The Fox Pub, but also a new bespoke medal and free photos from Sussex Sport Photography. To get a flavour of what the run is all about have a look at our old album of race images.
